  I had 2 pieces of mail stolen out of a locked post box. I lost about $390. I let them know what happened at this post office but they did nothing. I went back and asked about the mail 2 weeks later and they asked me what I was talking about. I told them I had explained the issue to the male manager and she said, oh he doesn't work here anymore. Retold my issue to the new woman and she said she wouldn't do anything either. I've also been having issues with home delivery and my post office box here. I constantly get other people's mail in my post office box. I have asked them repeatedly only to put mail in that is addressed to me. They can't handle that. My home service has been a mess. They delay giving mail sometimes for up to 2 weeks after it was sent. I was not given my water bill one month which caused me to be a week late paying it. The last few pieces of mail 2 weeks ago were filthy...like they were dropped in a mud puddle then shoved into my mailbox. I'd like to think that this is just one bad mail carrier but the issues at the actual post office are bad as well.
